1. User Accounts

1. In order to use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or password or any other breach of security.

2. Content

1. You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”). By uploading, submitting, or displaying User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.
2. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit.
3. You agree not to upload, submit, or display any User Content that violates any law or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
• Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property right;
• Upload, submit, or display any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access any feature or area of the Service that you are not authorized to access;
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; and
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.

4. Termination

1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

5. Changes to Terms

1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
2. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
