What StadiNet holds about you, who can see it, and what you can ask for.
Last updated 7 October 2026
What we hold
- Your account: your name, email address and, where you give it, your phone number.
- What you enter on forms, such as an application. An application can include an identity document number, your date of birth and any disability you choose to tell your institution about.
- The evidence you upload and the remarks and decisions made on it.
- Sessions you book and notes made in them.
- Payments, where your institution charges: the amount, the receipt and the phone number that paid.
Who can see it
- You.
- The staff of your institution who are allocated to your case, and those it gives wider access to, such as a coordinator or registrar.
- StadiNet's own staff do not work inside an institution's records. They help only when the institution invites them to.
- Anyone holding your certificate's code sees what the certificate itself prints, and nothing more.
What your browser keeps
- Cookies that keep you signed in. Without them you would be asked to sign in on every page.
- Your choice of light or dark theme, and the institution you last chose on this device.
- We do not use advertising cookies.
Others involved
- A payment by M-Pesa is handled by Safaricom.
- The short film on our home page is played from YouTube's privacy-enhanced address.
- When something fails, a report of the fault is recorded so we can fix it.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see what is held about you, to have a mistake corrected, or to have your records removed. Ask your institution first, since it decides what is collected and kept. If you joined on your own, or your institution cannot help, send us a message.
