From first application to counselling and guidance
The steps before assessment, in one place: applying, being admitted, meeting a counsellor and knowing what to work on.
Applying
- An expression of interest is filled in a section at a time and can be finished later.
- Staff can enter a paper form on someone's behalf, for a coordinator to approve.
- Each applicant gets a tracking number, and an admission number once recommended.
Counselling
- Staff offer times and the candidate books one.
- The session is a video or audio call in the browser.
- A self-assessment and a skill-gap form show what the candidate already has and what is missing.
Knowing where you are
- A candidate always sees which stage they are at and what happens next.
- A notice arrives, in the app and by email, whenever their case moves on.
