Assessment and verification you can trace
Every decision is made by a named person at a named step, with their remarks, and none can be skipped or quietly changed.
A plan the candidate agrees to
- The assessment plan sets the date, venue, tasks and methods.
- The candidate reads it and agrees before the practical takes place.
- A planning session can be held by video or audio call, with no extra app.
Decisions that are checked
- A practitioner's analysis of a portfolio is confirmed by a second person before it counts.
- The practical is recorded as competent or not yet competent, and a retake can be scheduled.
- Who may take each step is set by the institution's own workflow, not by whoever is signed in.
Questions and appeals
- A head of department can flag a case for review.
- A candidate can appeal, and someone who took no part in the decision reviews it.
- Each outcome is recorded in writing.
