Terms of use

What you can expect from StadiNet, and what we ask of you when you use it.

Last updated 7 October 2026

Your account

  • Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password or let someone else use your account.
  • Give accurate details. An institution relies on them when it assesses you.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

What you upload

  • Upload only evidence that is your own work or that you are allowed to share.
  • Do not include other people's private details unless they have agreed.
  • What you upload stays yours. You let your institution and its assessors use it to assess you.

Decisions and certificates

  • Your institution, not StadiNet, decides the outcome of an application or assessment.
  • A certificate is issued by your institution and can be withdrawn by it, for example if evidence proves false.
  • If you disagree with a decision, use the appeal your institution provides.

The service

  • We work to keep StadiNet available and your records safe, and we fix faults as quickly as we can.
  • We may change how a page works as the platform improves.
  • An account used to mislead an institution, or to get at other people's records, may be closed.
