How the page works
You go through your learning outcomes one at a time. For each one, you add files that show you can do it. Adding a file does not send it: you send everything together when you are ready.
Add a file
- 1Read the outcome's name at the top. If you are not sure what to add, press What should I add? to see what the outcome covers and ideas for evidence.
- 2Press Add a file and choose a photo, a video, a letter or a certificate.
- 3If you chose a picture, say what it shows: you doing the work, or a letter or certificate. Videos and documents are sorted for you.
- 4Give the file a name that says what it shows, such as Setting up an evacuation shelter.
- 5Press Next outcome and do the same again.
Send it for review
- 1When you have added what you have, go to Send your evidence for review at the bottom of the page.
- 2Press Send for review, then Send now.
- 3Your practitioner sees everything you sent. You can still add more later.
What the labels mean
- No evidence yet: nothing has been added to this outcome.
- Ready to send: you added a file and have not sent it.
- With your practitioner: it has been sent and is being looked at.
- Accepted: your practitioner agreed it shows the outcome.
- Needs new evidence: it was turned down. Read the practitioner's remarks, then change the file or add another.
Finding an outcome
- See all lists every outcome with its label. Press one to go straight to it.
- Search all outcomes, inside See all, lets you search and filter the full list.
