What you need
A certificate carries a code and a link. It is checked at the address of the institution that issued it. You do not need an account.
Check it
- 1Follow the link printed on the certificate, or scan its code.
- 2Or go to the institution's own address and find Checking a certificate? on its front page.
- 3Type the code, or paste the whole link, and press Check certificate.
- 4The page says whether the certificate is valid or has been withdrawn.
If it says no certificate was found
- Check the code for mistyped letters and numbers.
- Make sure you are at the address of the institution named on the certificate. A code only works at the institution that issued it.
